Humility (A Poem)
Precious moment at thy side Humble by thy spirit’s will Bring to me more yet still Words in language, not enough Expressions deeper than spoken sounds
Humility, a great treasure A pleasure of pleasures Yet not seen as such, Despised, as the world builds Kingdoms to man as his sorrow wills
Godliness with contentment; gain Pride in achievement; disdain
